Survey Engineer
Key Result Areas
- To ensure all equipment has full test procedures that are regularly revised as and when required.
- Following Company procedures relating to the testing, maintenance and calibration of Company rental equipment ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- The calibration and maintenance of test equipment ensuring all test equipment is in satisfactory working order at all times.
- Updating maintenance and calibration schedules for rental and test equipment.
- Updating the status or rental assets, job reports etc. on Company asset tracking system.
- Maintaining good housekeeping practices in all areas of workshop.
- Working closely with vendors ensuring timely arrival of spare parts order / workshop stock.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure satisfactory information transfer.
- Undertaking manufacturer training courses as and when required.
- Required to work off site undertaking mobilizations on vessel in port around UK as and when required.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, creating, and meeting Annual sales budgets/targets of Survey Division.
- Managing Sales and Marketing of Survey Equipment & services.
- Ensure provision of timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while maintaining maximum profit margin.
- Prepare yearly forecasts, strategy and vision for the department. Prepare department business plan, budget and control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly sales analysis reports and updates to sales & management team/ principles.
- Responsible for conducting market analysis and project feasibility.
- Client account management and development, including educating clients on the new products and developments.
- Survey Equipment business development and keep track of business and clients and market news.
- Expand the business portfolio by adding complimentary products / principals and identifying new market.

Key Account Manager
Job Role
As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for improving year on year revenue and profitability of our heavy load testing and buoyancy product and service markets in Scotland and Northern England with our existing and new business partners. The clients are end-users as well as agents & distributors related to the on-shore & off-shore, civil, maritime and energy industries we serve worldwide.
Main Areas of Involvement and Responsibility
- Sales: Formulate, implement and execute the sales strategy, including preparing the annual budget and follow up on Budget vs Actual developments during the year
- Business Development: Investigate new customer and market opportunities; propose new product and/or service development; visit and participate in exhibitions; research cross selling opportunities with other Unique Group offerings
- Internal sales: Work closely with the Internal Sales department for quotation and tracking purpose.
- Administration: Input the CRM module with the correct customer and opportunity quotation-order information for proper business data collection and smooth execution of orders

Job Role:
For our Singapore business unit, we are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team.
